Pick up from your hotel in Puno and visit the city, capital of the department of the same name, located on the shores of Lake Titicaca, at an average height of 3,812 meters above sea level. and it is the most important urban center of the Peruvian highlands, with an approximate population of 120,000 inhabitants. CARLOS DREYER Museum, German painter and collector of antiques, lived in Puno, on the shores of Lake Titicaca, for more than 30 years and with a special sensitivity, he was very interested in the cultures of the highlands. Carlos Dreyer was born in Germany and lived in Puno for more than thirty years. The pictorial techniques that he mastered were oil, watercolor, charcoal and pencil and ending the Mirador tour of the city as; Huajsapata hill.
